This kind of weight loss workout is called the best ever and the mother of all weight loss workout techniques. In the resistance training, either extra weights will be added or the body weight will be used so see shedding pounds in weeks. Lifting weights will gradually increase the metabolic rate of the body after the workout. The rate of metabolism is most important for fat burning and calorie burning therefore this method is called as most effective since it keeps the rate of metabolism high always. This training can be taken three times a week to see better results in a short span of time. 

Running

This is conventional and all time best workout for weight loss. Some people consider this as ineffective since the results appear gradually but the fact is running produces effective weight loss as majority of muscles lose more calories and fats. You can see better results if you follow sprint pattern mostly in the uphill. This will be more effective than doing workout on treadmill. But it will be tough to find uphill in all the places so you can use the treadmill but it is advised to use an inclined position on the treadmill for running. You have to keep your arms bent 90 degree facing upwards as the hands open. 

Boot Camp

One of the best workouts that keeps the metabolism rate higher throughout the day is boot camp. This workout combines both interval and resistance. As you do this workout you focus on strength focussed and cardio focussed workouts combining with proper rests in between. Consult a trainer about this so that you can get ideas for combining resistance and interval workouts. Any sudden try for lifting weights would cause damage in the body so proper advice from instructor or trainer is recommended. Trainers would give you suggestions about adding weights and about cycling that is to be done subsequently.

Most people think that yoga is for relaxing but actually relaxing is a part of yoga. Yoga relaxes the mind but moreover it renews the body. Yoga is one of the best methods for weight loss. The best part of yoga is that there are no severe workout patterns because this regime is full of stretch and breathing exercises that strengthens and relaxes the body. It treats the muscles and burns fat and calories effectively. Balancing the body and doing stretches will improve weight loss through increased metabolism rate. It is easy to do at home and just a few minutes of time is enough.
